Lovely Lounge

I had a mixed experience during my stay. While the staff truly shined with their dedication and friendliness, I faced quite a few challenges with the initial room quality and cleanliness. Ultimately, I was pleased with the upgraded room that had a beautiful view. Although the service left something to be desired at times, the overall hospitality was commendable.
