The location proved convenient, offering easy access to key landmarks. The room was very well equipped. Staff members were genuinely helpful and accommodating.

The location provided easy access to key attractions. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast offered a good buffet. I found the Illy coffee and croissants quite enjoyable (a great start to the day!).
The room lighting was somewhat dim upon entry.

the brasserie joel proved really good , christina offered excellent service and remembered our humor. the food choices were plentiful , the entire experience was nice. i especially enjoyed the attentive service during dinner , , made our evening quite special.
the room's lighting was quite dim . the tea and coffee provisions were sparse , i expected more from a hotel of this caliber.

the hotel has a great location very central with lots of bus and tube lines nearby
the room was not cleaned by housekeeping it was only reorganized no tissue was provided no new sheet we asked for them and did the bed ourselves the shower was broken and kept twisted
