A Truly Really good Hotel Experience
convenient location well equipped room helpful staff
The location proved convenient, offering easy access to key landmarks. The room was very well equipped. Staff members were genuinely helpful and accommodating.
I noticed some slight delays during check-in.

The hotel is near an underground station. Many good restaurants are located nearby. It is easy to take a stroll to the Thames riverside, the Eye, and Big Ben.

I visited the cafe, located on the ground floor. The service from Andres and Gianmarco was great. This was a very nice way to take a pause in a hectic, touristy spot.

helpful staff good buffet tasty coffee fresh croissants
The location provided easy access to key attractions. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast offered a good buffet. I found the Illy coffee and croissants quite enjoyable (a great start to the day!).
The room lighting was somewhat dim upon entry.

excellent service plentiful food attentive service
the brasserie joel proved really good , christina offered excellent service and remembered our humor. the food choices were plentiful , the entire experience was nice. i especially enjoyed the attentive service during dinner , , made our evening quite special.
the room's lighting was quite dim . the tea and coffee provisions were sparse , i expected more from a hotel of this caliber.

the spa access was available , but i did not use it. the pool area included ample seating , with 20 loungers available .

the hotel enjoys a central location, near many tourist attractions. the area safe area , the proximity to public transportation made exploration convenient.

habib were great, provided service that ensured our experience was nice. he is a great asset , it is clear he cares about the guest's comfort.

disappointing room service issues
the hotel has a great location very central with lots of bus and tube lines nearby
the room was not cleaned by housekeeping it was only reorganized no tissue was provided no new sheet we asked for them and did the bed ourselves the shower was broken and kept twisted
